This beautiful castle has a rectangular floor plan with its main façade facing south and with its many windows this property boasts lovely views of the rural countryside. This 4 storey castle houses 20 people; making it ideal for family reunions, vacations or professional venues.

Ground floor: it has a spacious one bedroom self-contained apartment with a king size bed, a bathroom, living room and a summer kitchen with convenient access to the pool area which has all the amenities you will need to prepare simple meals. There is a magnificent banquet hall; which is a spectacular setting for grand celebrations and in the games room you can enjoy a game of cards , backgammon or have a game of pool.

First floor: This floor comprises of a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a round table that seats 14 people and a second dining room with seating for eight. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen.
The main bedroom "Queen Joanna's room" has two twin beds, a fireplace, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom with two twin beds, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has two twin beds as well as an en suite bathroom. The first floor also has one additional WC.

Second floor: on the second floor there is one double bedroom with a king size bed, a fireplace, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. There are three more twin bedrooms as well as two bathrooms; one with a bath and the other with a shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Third floor: there is a spacious bedroom with two twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen. Moreover, there is an attic that includes a twin room, a bathroom, a dressing room, a living room, and a small room with a single bed that is ideal for a child.

Location:

Sant Mori is a rural town of about 200 inhabitants in the Emporda area; half way between Figueres (25 km), home of the Dali Museum, and Girona (38 km) a partially walled city with interesting museums and restaurants. Girona is famous for its Call or Jewish quarter, one of the largest and best preserved of Europe. The beaches of the Costa Brava and the Greco-Roman ruins of Empuries are just 10 kms away.

Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia and second largest city in Spain, is only 130. kms away. The French border is just over 30 minutes and Perpignan is 84 kms away.
